Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all work carried out by Fremantle Gardeners, 23-17 South Terrace, Fremantle WA 6160.
Quotes
Quotes are free and provided without obligation. Prices are confirmed in writing before any work starts and remain valid for 30 days. Where site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will re-quote before proceeding.
Scheduling & access
Scheduled visits run on a fixed day where possible and may shift due to weather or safety conditions. Clear access to the property, gates and water is required on the day. Please secure pets before the crew arrives.
Payment
Residential work is invoiced on completion of each visit. Commercial, strata and aged care sites are invoiced monthly on agreed terms. Payment is due within 7 days for residential and 14 days for commercial accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked visit. There are no lock-in contracts on any maintenance plan; ongoing schedules can be paused or ended with one visit's notice.
Insurance & liability
We carry $20M public liability insurance and all personnel are police cleared and work to documented WHS/SWMS procedures. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, unmarked underground services or plant loss caused by conditions outside our control.
